  • Salt (1 teaspoon)
  • Instant Dry Yeast (1 teaspoon)
  • Warm Water (¾ cup plus 1 tablespoon / 195 ml)
  • Olive Oil (for greasing)

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
  • Gradually add warm water, mixing until a sticky dough forms.
  • Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Notes
