1 lb ground beef
1 cup uncooked rice
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can diced tomatoes
1 onion, chopped
2 cups beef broth
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned and onion is soft. Drain any excess fat.
Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the beef mixture.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef mixture, uncooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, diced tomatoes, and beef broth. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
