  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned and onion is soft. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the beef mixture.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef mixture, uncooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, diced tomatoes, and beef broth. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
