  • 2 green bell peppers, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 7 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • Oil/drippings from meat/veggies
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Slap Ya Mama® seasoning

Instructions

  • Prepare the Crust:
    • Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water; let sit until foamy.
    • Mix in flour, olive oil, and salt. Knead until smooth. Let rise for 1 hour.
    • Preheat oven to 475°F. Roll out dough on a floured surface.
  • Cook the Toppings:
    • In a skillet, heat oil and cook steak until browned. Remove and set aside.
    • Sauté bell peppers and onion in the same skillet until soft. Set aside.
  • Make the Sauce:
    • Use the drippings from the skillet, add heavy cream and milk. Simmer.
    • Mix in parmesan, mozzarella, garlic salt, pepper, and seasoning. Stir until thickened.

    • Spread sauce over the prepared crust.
