Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 1/3 cup honey

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp minced garlic

  • 1 tsp minced fresh ginger (optional)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.

  • Marinate shrimp in the sauce for 5-10 minutes.

  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

  • Cook shrimp (discarding excess marinade) for 1-2 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.
