1 lb chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
4 tbsp unsalted butter, divided
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp dried parsley or Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Season the chicken pieces with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
In a large skillet, melt 2 tbsp of butter over medium-high heat. Add the chicken bites and cook for 4-5 minutes until golden and fully cooked through.
Remove the chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Return the chicken to the skillet and toss in the garlic butter sauce. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
