These 15-minute Garlic Butter Chicken Bites are tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. This easy one-pan recipe is perfect for busy weeknights and pairs well with your favorite sides like rice or veggies.

  • 1 lb chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, divided
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried parsley or Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Season the chicken pieces with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • In a large skillet, melt 2 tbsp of butter over medium-high heat. Add the chicken bites and cook for 4-5 minutes until golden and fully cooked through.
  • Remove the chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Return the chicken to the skillet and toss in the garlic butter sauce. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve hot.
