4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
½ cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
¼ cup hot honey
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp olive oil for baking
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease.
Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Coat each piece of chicken in flour, then egg, and finally the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring an even coating.
Place chicken on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil over the top for crispiness.
