  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • Baguette slices or crackers (for serving)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a small baking dish.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Stir in sour cream, mayonnaise, and parsley until fully combined.
  • Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
