  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic.
