12 oz bowtie pasta
1 lb beef (sirloin or ground beef)
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
½ cup butter
1 cup milk
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp Italian seasoning
¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add beef and cook until browned; remove from pan and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter, then add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and milk, stirring until combined.
Add Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes; stir until the sauce thickens.
Return the cooked beef to the skillet, then add the drained pasta. Toss to coat everything in the Alfredo sauce.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
