Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz bowtie pasta
  • 1 lb beef (sirloin or ground beef)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add beef and cook until browned; remove from pan and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, melt butter, then add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Pour in heavy cream and milk, stirring until combined.
  • Add Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes; stir until the sauce thickens.
  • Return the cooked beef to the skillet, then add the drained pasta. Toss to coat everything in the Alfredo sauce.

  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best flavor.
  • Substitute heavy cream with half-and-half for a lighter version.

  • Add sautéed mushrooms or spinach for extra texture and nutrients.
