Ingredients

  • Ground beef
  • Corn tortillas
  • Enchilada sauce
  • Shredded cheese (Cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Green chilies (optional)
  • Cumin
  • Chili powder
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
