  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
  • In a large bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir in the cooked ground beef.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Top with an even layer of tater tots.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, until tater tots are crispy and golden.
  • Remove from oven, sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese, and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted.
