  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced thin
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper, freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, sliced (optional)
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix chicken with soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
