This Blueberry Fluffy Cottage Cheese Cloud Bread is a light, airy, and protein-rich delight! Made with cottage cheese and fresh blueberries, it’s a low-carb, gluten-free bread alternative perfect for breakfast or a snack.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp honey or sugar substitute
  • ¼ tsp cream of tartar
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries

 

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a clean bowl, beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk egg yolks, cottage cheese, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
