For Cajun Grilled Chicken:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • Salt & black pepper to taste

For Alabama White Sauce:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp prepared horseradish

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep Chicken: Pat dry the chicken breasts. Rub with olive oil, then coat evenly with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  2. Grill Chicken: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill chicken for 6–7 minutes per side or until internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).

  3. Make Sauce: In a bowl, whisk together all Alabama White Sauce ingredients until smooth.

  4. Serve: Let chicken rest 5 minutes, then serve with Alabama white sauce drizzled on top or on the side.

Notes

  • You can use chicken thighs if preferred.

  • Marinate chicken 1–2 hours for deeper flavor.
