These cheeseburger sliders are a crowd-pleaser with juicy beef, melted cheese, and a soft bun. Perfect for parties or quick weeknight meals, this recipe brings all the flavors of a classic cheeseburger in mini form.

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 12 slider buns
  • 6 slices of cheddar cheese, halved
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • Pickles, lettuce, and tomatoes for toppings (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Add salt, pepper, and onions, cooking until browned.
  • Slice the slider buns in half. Spread ketchup and mustard on the bottom halves.
  • Place a spoonful of beef mixture on each bun, followed by half a slice of cheddar cheese.
  • Cover with the top bun, brush with melted butter, and bake for 10 minutes until the cheese melts.
  • Serve with pickles, lettuce, and tomatoes as desired.
