These cheeseburger sliders with Hawaiian rolls are a delicious and easy recipe that’s perfect for any occasion!   • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion (finely diced)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese (halved)
  • 4 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
  • 1 tbsp ketchup (optional, for brushing)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef with diced onions until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
  • Season the beef with garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Evenly spread the cooked beef over the bottom buns, then layer with cheddar cheese slices.
  • Place the top halves of the Hawaiian rolls over the beef and cheese.
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter and ketchup (if using). Brush the mixture over the tops of the buns and sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired.
  • Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted.
