1 lb ground beef
3 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup beef broth

½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
