Made with tender kielbasa, fluffy rice, and broccoli florets, all coated in melted cheese, it’s a comforting and flavorful dish.   • 1 lb kielbasa sausage, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup white or brown rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced kielbasa and cook until browned.
  • Add garlic powder and broccoli florets. Cook for 3-4 minutes until broccoli softens slightly.
  • Stir in the rice, followed by the chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and cover.
  • Simmer for 15-20 minutes until the rice is cooked and the liquid is absorbed.
