  • 12 oz penne pasta
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup broccoli (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant.
  • Add cooked chicken and Alfredo sauce to the skillet. Stir to combine.
  • Toss in cooked pasta, mixing well until fully coated with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
