2 chicken breasts, diced
1 cup marinara sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh basil for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced chicken, season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden and fully cooked.
