Ingredients

  • Chicken breasts, sliced
  • Bell peppers (green, red, or yellow)
  • Onion, thinly sliced
  • Provolone or American cheese
  • Hoagie rolls
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Garlic powder (optional)

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add sliced onions and bell peppers, sauté until soft. Remove from pan.
  • In the same skillet, cook the sliced chicken seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic powder until fully cooked.
