Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cheese tortellini (fresh or refrigerated)
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast (cubed)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions

  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add cubed chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and fully cooked. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  • Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Gradually add Parmesan cheese, whisking until smooth.
  • Add Italian seasoning and adjust salt and pepper to taste.
  • Toss in cooked tortellini and chicken, ensuring they are well coated in the Alfredo sauce.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
  • You can substitute chicken with shrimp for a seafood twist.
  • Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
