Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips
  • ½ cup chopped Snickers bars
  • ½ cup chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups
  • ½ cup cookie dough chunks (store-bought or homemade)
  • ¼ cup caramel sauce

  • ¼ cup chocolate sauce

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together heavy cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  • A few minutes before the ice cream is done, add peanut butter in small dollops and allow it to mix in.
  • Stir in mini chocolate chips, chopped Snickers, Reese’s, and cookie dough chunks.
  • Transfer half of the churned ice cream to a container, drizzle caramel and chocolate sauce, then repeat with the remaining ice cream.
  • Swirl gently with a knife to create a marbled effect.

  • Freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For extra texture, freeze cookie dough chunks before adding.
  • Use natural peanut butter for a richer flavor.

  • Store in an airtight container to prevent freezer burn.
