  • 6 slices bacon, chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large pan, cook chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving some grease in the pan.
