2 salmon fillets
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
2 tbsp olive oil
8 oz fettuccine or pasta of choice
1 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
½ cup reserved pasta water
Chopped parsley for garnish
Season salmon with Cajun seasoning.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook salmon for 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Reserve ½ cup pasta water.
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add cream, Parmesan, salt, pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes. Stir until smooth.
Add cooked pasta and toss to coat. Add reserved pasta water to thin the sauce if needed.
Flake salmon into chunks and add to pasta.
