Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
  • ½ lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ cup parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken, season with Cajun seasoning, and cook until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add shrimp, season with paprika and red pepper flakes, and cook until pink. Remove and set aside.
  • Melt butter in the skillet, sauté garlic, then pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add cooked pasta, chicken, shrimp, and cherry tomatoes to the sauce. Toss until coated.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
