Scale
8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
2 tbsp olive oil

½ lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup chicken broth
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
¼ cup parsley, chopped
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken, season with Cajun seasoning, and cook until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add shrimp, season with paprika and red pepper flakes, and cook until pink. Remove and set aside.
Melt butter in the skillet, sauté garlic, then pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
Add cooked pasta, chicken, shrimp, and cherry tomatoes to the sauce. Toss until coated.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Adjust Cajun seasoning to your spice preference.
Use half-and-half instead of heavy cream for a lighter version.
Substitute shrimp or chicken with sausage for a twist.
