  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs (beaten)
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Flatten the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
  3. Place a slice of ham and Swiss cheese on each chicken breast, then roll tightly and secure with toothpicks.
  4. Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  5. Coat each chicken roll in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then roll in the breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken rolls until golden.
  7. Transfer the seared chicken to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
  8. In a small saucepan, heat heavy cream and Dijon mustard over low heat, stirring until thickened.
  9. Pour the creamy sauce over the baked chicken rolls before serving.

Notes
