  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 2 cups fresh spinach

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  • Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, sauté garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add chicken broth and cream, stirring until combined.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese until sauce thickens. Add sun-dried tomatoes and spinach, cooking until spinach wilts.
  • Return the chicken to the skillet, simmer for a few minutes, coating it in the sauce. Serve hot.
