4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 sleeve Ritz crackers (crushed)
1 cup milk
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
3 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness.
Set up a dredging station with three bowls: milk in the first, shredded cheddar in the second, and crushed crackers mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in the third.
Dip each chicken breast into milk, coat in cheddar, then press into the cracker mixture.
Place coated chicken in a greased baking dish. Drizzle melted butter over the top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and crispy.
Serve warm with your favorite side dishes.
Notes
For extra flavor, add grated Parmesan to the cracker mixture.
