  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko)

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 tbsp butter

  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan (for sauce)

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Slice chicken breasts in half lengthwise to make 4 thin cutlets.

  2. In a bowl, mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Dredge chicken in the mixture, pressing to coat well.

  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden and cooked through (about 4-5 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.

  5. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.

  6. Pour in chicken broth, bring to a simmer, then stir in cream, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Simmer until slightly thickened.

  7. Return chicken to pan, coat with sauce, and cook another 2 minutes.

  8. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
