Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet French onion soup mix
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Mix ground beef, soup mix, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  • Form into meatballs.
  • In a skillet, melt butter and brown meatballs on all sides.
  • Transfer browned meatballs to the Crockpot.
  • Add beef broth.
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  • Garnish with parsley if desired.
