  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 2.5 lbs top round roast
  • 1 .7-oz pack Italian salad dressing mix
  • 3 bell peppers, cut into strips
  • 16 jar sliced pepperoncini
  • 8 hoagie rolls
  • 8 slices provolone cheese

Instructions

  • Add beef broth, au jus gravy mix, and Italian salad dressing mix to the crockpot. Stir to combine.
  • Place the top round roast in the crockpot and cover with the mixture.
  • Add bell peppers and pepperoncini to the crockpot.
  • Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until beef is tender.
