Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 2 cups beef broth

Instructions

  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet, drain excess grease, and stir in taco seasoning.
  • In a crockpot, combine the cooked beef, beef broth, diced tomatoes, salsa, and spaghetti. Stir to mix.
  • Cook on low for 2-3 hours or until the spaghetti is tender, stirring occasionally.
  • Add shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until melted.
  • Serve with your favorite taco toppings like sour cream, cilantro, or jalapeños.

Notes

  • Add extra broth if spaghetti absorbs too much liquid during cooking.
  • Use gluten-free pasta for a gluten-free version.
  • Adjust taco seasoning to taste for spiciness.
