  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
  • In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add shrimp, salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook for 2–3 minutes until shrimp turns pink.
  • Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese. Simmer until sauce thickens.
  • Transfer the shrimp mixture to the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and breadcrumbs.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
