These easy cheeseburger sliders are a party favorite and a family-friendly meal. Made with seasoned ground beef, melted cheese, and soft buns, they’re baked to perfection and ready in under 30 minutes. A must-try for gatherings or busy weeknights!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 12 slider buns
  • 6 slices American cheese (halved)
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until beef is browned. Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Drain excess grease.
  • Stir in ketchup and mustard for added flavor.
  • Slice slider buns horizontally and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
  • Spread the beef mixture evenly over the buns, top with cheese slices, and place the top halves of the buns on.
  • Brush melted butter over the top buns and sprinkle with sesame seeds (optional).
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until cheese is melted and buns are golden brown.
  • Slice and serve warm.
