1/2 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
1/2 lb crab meat (lump or imitation)
1/2 lb white fish fillets (like cod or tilapia), cut into chunks
1 cup cooked rice or pasta (optional)
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
2 tbsp melted butter
