Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup cubed cooked ham
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 (12-ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.

  • In a bowl, whisk eggs, evaporated milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over the layered ingredients.
