4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
For the Pasta:
8 oz pasta of choice (e.g., fettuccine, penne)
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp red chili flakes (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook the Pasta: Cook pasta according to package instructions. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water.
Prepare the Chicken: In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add chicken pieces, season with paprika, salt, and pepper, and cook until golden brown on all sides. Remove chicken and set aside.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add chicken back into the skillet and toss to coat.
Prepare the Parmesan Sauce: In a separate pan, combine heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and reserved pasta water. Cook over low heat, stirring until the sauce thickens. Add red chili flakes if desired.
