4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 tbsp unsalted butter, divided
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
In a large skillet, melt 2 tbsp of butter over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden and fully cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter and add the minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Return the chicken to the skillet, spooning the garlic butter sauce over the chicken. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to combine the flavors.
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve hot.
