This Garlic Butter Chicken recipe is a flavorful and easy dish made with juicy chicken breasts cooked in a rich garlic butter sauce. It's perfect for a quick dinner and pairs beautifully with vegetables or pasta.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, divided
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • In a large skillet, melt 2 tbsp of butter over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden and fully cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter and add the minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Return the chicken to the skillet, spooning the garlic butter sauce over the chicken. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to combine the flavors.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve hot.
