Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • Candy eyes for decoration

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, cream peanut butter, butter, and both sugars together.
  • Add eggs and vanilla extract, mix until combined.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and oats together.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, mixing well.
  • Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Add candy eyes to the top of each cookie for decoration.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
