  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup bok choy, shredded
  • 9 ounces ramen noodles
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1 large carrot, shredded or sliced thin

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  • Add sliced onion and minced garlic, cooking until onion is translucent.
  • Stir in bok choy and cook until wilted.
  • Meanwhile, cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a small bowl, mix oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, dark soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.
  • Add the cooked ramen noodles to the skillet and pour in the sauce mixture, tossing to combine.
  • Stir in chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
  • Serve hot, garnished with shredded or sliced carrot.
