  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1 cup finely chopped fresh peaches

For Cream Cheese Frosting:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

  • 2 cups powdered sugar

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line cupcake pan with liners.

  • In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

  • In another bowl, cream butter, sugar, and honey until fluffy.

  • Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and sour cream.

  • Gradually add dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

  • Fold in chopped peaches.

  • Fill liners 2/3 full and bake for 18–22 minutes. Let cool.

  • For frosting, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth.

  • Add powdered sugar, honey, and vanilla; mix until creamy.

 

  • Frost cooled cupcakes and top with peach slices if desired.

Notes

  • Use ripe, juicy peaches for best flavor.

  • Can substitute sour cream with Greek yogurt.

 

  • Refrigerate frosted cupcakes if not serving immediately.
