Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp cornstarch (optional for thickening)
  • Green onions, sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then cook until browned and fully cooked through (about 6-7 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, combine honey, sriracha, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
  • If needed, dissolve cornstarch in 1 tbsp water and add to the sauce for extra thickness.
  • Return chicken to the skillet and toss in the sauce, cooking for another 2-3 minutes to coat evenly.
  • Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust sriracha sauce for desired spice level.
  • Pairs well with rice, noodles, or steamed vegetables.
  • For extra crispy chicken, you can broil the thighs for 2-3 minutes before serving.
