1 cup boiling water
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup chocolate ganache
½ cup crushed chocolate cookies
½ cup chocolate shavings
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two 9-inch cake pans.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla; mix until well combined.
Stir in boiling water (batter will be thin).
Divide batter evenly between pans and bake for 30-35 minutes.
