  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar

  • 1 tbsp dried oregano

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • Wooden or metal skewers

  • Optional: chopped parsley and tzatziki for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
