  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook ziti pasta according to package instructions and drain.
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef or sausage until browned. Drain excess grease and stir in marinara sauce.
  • In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Layer the baked ziti: Add a layer of cooked pasta, a layer of the cheese mixture, a layer of meat sauce, and shredded mozzarella. Repeat layers and top with Parmesan cheese.
