These mini sliders are the ultimate crowd-pleaser! Packed with juicy beef, gooey cheese, and flavorful toppings, they’re perfect for parties, game days, or quick family dinners. Easy to make and endlessly customizable, these bite-sized delights are guaranteed to be a hit.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 12 mini slider buns
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese (cut in half)
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato slices, pickles, onions
  • 2 tbsp butter (melted)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Form into 12 small patties.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook patties for 2-3 minutes per side until browned but not fully cooked.
  • Place bottom halves of slider buns on a baking sheet. Add a patty to each bun, top with cheese slices, and cover with the top buns.
  • Brush melted butter on the buns and bake for 10-12 minutes, until cheese is melted and buns are toasted.
  • Add optional toppings like lettuce, tomato, or pickles before serving.

Notes

  • Use ground turkey or chicken as an alternative to beef.
  • Hawaiian rolls make these extra soft and slightly sweet.
  • Add your favorite sauces like mayo, ketchup, or BBQ sauce for more flavor.
