These Mummy Oreo Balls are a fun and spooky Halloween treat made with crushed Oreos, cream cheese, and white chocolate. Perfect for Halloween parties or spooky snacks, this no-bake dessert is easy to make and decorate. The rich Oreo filling is coated in white chocolate with candy eyes, resembling mini mummies.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 36 Oreo cookies (about 1 package)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 12 oz white chocolate or candy melts
  • Candy eyes
  • 1 tsp coconut oil (optional, for thinning chocolate)

Instructions

  1. Crush Oreos in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
  2. Mix Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese until well combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Freeze the balls for 20-30 minutes.
  5. Melt white chocolate or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds.
  6. Dip each Oreo ball in the melted white chocolate and place them back on the parchment paper.
  7. Before the chocolate sets, add candy eyes and drizzle extra white chocolate over the balls to create a mummy bandage effect.
  8. Let the Oreo balls set at room temperature or in the fridge until firm.

Notes

  • You can use a toothpick to dip the balls into the chocolate for a cleaner finish.
  • Thinning the white chocolate with coconut oil helps it coat the balls more evenly.
  • Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to a week.
