This Nacho Cheese Beef Wrap recipe is a fun, flavorful meal featuring seasoned ground beef, gooey nacho cheese, and your favorite toppings wrapped in a soft tortilla. Ideal for quick lunches or dinners, this dish combines the best of tacos and nachos in a handheld wrap.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning (or homemade)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup nacho cheese sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños (optional)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
  • Tortilla chips (crushed, optional for crunch)

Instructions

  • In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add taco seasoning and 1/4 cup of water. Simmer until the beef is well coated and the sauce thickens, about 3-5 minutes.
  • Warm tortillas in a microwave or skillet until soft.
  • Spread a generous amount of nacho cheese sauce onto each tortilla.
  • Top with the seasoned beef, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheddar, jalapeños, black olives, and crushed tortilla chips if using.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up into a wrap.
  • Serve with a side of sour cream for dipping, or drizzle on top before rolling.

Notes

  • For added heat, use spicy nacho cheese sauce or add hot sauce to the beef.
  • Customize with your favorite toppings like guacamole or salsa.
  • For a crispier wrap, lightly toast in a skillet after rolling.
