  • 2 cups uncooked pasta (penne or shells work great)
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add ground beef, onion, and garlic. Cook until beef is browned and onions are soft.
  • Stir in tomato paste, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for another minute.
  • Add the pasta, beef broth, and milk to the pot. Stir well and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat to a simmer, cover, and cook for about 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender.
  • Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
